You can boot one JP team, but hard to pick the 2nd team to boot, SEA team all represent a specific region, the 3 Korean team are too big and historical to get booted, and India need to develop, plus Vietnam and Oceania desperately need a team. "8+4" Is doable only if you split Asia and Pacific with 2 group of 12 but... with how Valorant develop in APAC seeing at premiers number, it would be doable in 2031 (Maybe not in 2027).

Switch stage 1 and 2 and we are good, Champions is the event that is the most important so it's the one that deserve a full round robin.

Only the 2 worst team among the 4 should participate, if a team go to champions it's good they don't go to ascention. As I was saying in my previous video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lijZr9d2lcA maybe it's better to make Ascention before champions, and give a chance to the winner to qualify into champs, thats also solve the issue of team in champions having to go to Ascention.
