you need to play 8 hours a day and 3 of those hours are training your aim for the first 3 months by watching videos on movement and aim and then also by practicing your aim in team deathmatch and the other hour is just watching tutorials on a specific agent that you will instalock for the next year. after 3 months you should be plat at least and then start to practice aim 2 hours a day by using aimlabs or kovaaks and team deathmatch (make sure its a good routine). start to learn how to use proper call outs and then just play ranked and watch vct.
