they should do what rocket league do. You can buy car skins off a certain team and banners, wheels and other things. So in valorant each year surely they drop a skin for the vandal or phantom for example for all the franchised teams. Even if they just drop org banners or specialised franchised team gun buddies even.

I was just going off the POV of fly and dignitas. You can tell he wants G2 to give them an offer but dignitas and fly might have better offers tbh. Whoever will offer them the most will be the team that they go with unless all 3 orgs offer similar amounts then they will go with g2 as they are decently financially secure and so they can be sure g2 won't quit during the 2 years.
I mean tex agreed that dignitas and fly are mid orgs and if you were dignitas or fly and saw this you would probably reconsider signing them
I would say they are 100% not mid and are on the upper end. Obviously there are better orgs who I would consider to be optic, c9, g2, fnc, faze, liquid, 100t, tsm, navi and nrg. There are over 100 orgs though and being in the top 11 is not the same as being a mid org.

yep I agree but if g2 dont get the skin deals like the other teams do then they really won't be making much. They will 100% have to pay minimum salary to all players if thats the case as well.
