average salary should be 10k each month but in NA its like 20-30k + skin bundles. So when you think about it if the players are getting 20k each month then you x8 you get 160k. SO then surely you let the orgs take all the money from the skins right?
yep. T1 should be lower in salaries especially since each player gets like 100-200k from skins each year.
kinda sad tbh. they should just franchise another 4 teams and not do dumb relegation system. All franchised orgs may be at risk of being kicked out each year as well to incentive orgs to pay players decent and aim for good results.
it's not really the players fault tho. It's the culture around them. Also the average t1 NA player would get a salary of like 200k each year + skin bundle + tournament winnings which equates to like 340k-440k
its chet and fns be for real. Optic/nrg are known to just ditch maps and comps the second they lose A SINGLE game with it. Lets say nrg is looking amazing on bind are it's their first pick but then they lose to loud or prx for example and the nexxt game they play they will instead ban bind as their first or second pick.

I like the omen and astra blinds and stuns over some more walls.

Some of the stuff you can do with astra you can do with viper but I just find astra to be better for fast rushes and fast retakes which I think is highly likely to be the meta on sunset

not many people do harbor and viper nowadays. That was just a loud thing. Harbor and then a circle/ground smoke is the best now. I prefer running harbor and astra with skye.
kangkang has played in 3 and even then you have lots of EG people who have only played in 2 tournaments, (not including lock//in). Putting jinggg over something I would consider a bit delusional but putting MINDFREAK over something and davai is just so delusional.

Side edit: The best smokes player should not be ranked 13th best when I can tell you are going off kills and stats with this and smokes are not supposed to get kills but then mako who you considered the best smokes player is still in 13th.
as an org looking to make money or to be profitable in the future it is doing a terrible job. I love charlie but he has 0 sponsors and the only sponsors he has is through his own products and merchandise. He is losing hundreds of thousands of dollars every month. The reason he is doing this is very good though since he enjoys being an org owner and doesn't mind not seeing any of his money back that he spends on salaries ect...

One would be a raze. (If you use neon then you practically have to use skye, fade or sova as some sort of boombot/dog/drone/prowler is necessary).
Then you can have another smoke agent who are either astra or omen since brim won't be good on this map. I think 2 smokes is the best but you could also do 2 initiators.
For initaitors you would want skye, sova or fade if you have single initiator but if you are using 2 then breach as a secondary would be very good.
so can harbor 🤣. Harbor is so much better on sunset and basically solely bc of the cascade. Doing heavy and fast pushes seem to be very much what to do on sunset as the attackers and defenders and this is where harbor shines.

ye. I mean I dont see a future with this relegation system. I can see a future in which franchising is actually very good but not for this current relegation system. There are just so many countless problems with the system that I think riot need to completely re-structure tier 2
