The fact that ardiis is a one trick jett is not my point but it's the fact that he puts up very good numbers on jett but terrible numbers on every other agent but then chet and fns keep putting him on agents that he will do bad on. It makes no sense at all putting him on sage when you know he will get a 0.7 rating when you could put him on jett and he will get a 1.15 rating.

This years champs grand final had over 1million people watching from china alone + 1.3 million from twitch youtube and kick which is more than csgo as they had 1.6 from twitch youtube and kick but from china it's way less than a million.
You also talked about that cs is not a casual game which is a fair point but why would that even matter. If I use your same logic then I coudl say valorant has only been out for 3 years so the player base is more casual so it doesn't have as many viewers.
