oce is just a big mess. Since there are not many players it is so hard to rank up. Im asc2 rn and most people in my games peak immortal 1-3 and sometimes even radiant but are in ascendant. The players a pretty chill most of the time but it is very 50/50, you either get a game in which everybody is chill and u play, have fun and no trolling but the other times u get random 14-18 year olds who always say give me more boolets and stupid things 24/7.

he didnt say they could succeed but said they might be able to make it. Flor has insane aim and could be mistaken as a franchised player if u showed a random clip of a pro and then flor. I could see mel or flor reaching tier 2 but def not tier 1. The chance that a gc player will play in tier 2 male in the next 3 years is probably below 80%

at first I thought it was for all teams but I think it might only be the ones that make it to champs. In saying that I assume riot will also give some of the money they make from team skins to the orgs which would be some money for some players.
normally the champs bundle is split between the players and the teams and most of the time the org gets 30% and the players + coach get 70%. this year each team got 1.25mil from the champs bundle so thats 150k to each player + coach which is still around 200k each year for the player as long as the org doesn't steal a bunch of the money from the champs bundle.

no. He was not single handedly holding the team back from being the worst NA franchised team to then being world champions. Sure replacing him with demon1 helped when u look back on it but that was not the reason as to why EG are a much better team.
did u even read what he said or r u just stupid? The org will have buyouts for the players so if another org wants a player from m80 then they will have to pay m80 a certain amount of money to buy that player. It's m80s choice on what to do with zander and not zander himself.
potter didnt know how to coach in an effective way before but then she figured out what works and how to be a good coach. Coaches are not just automatically either a good or bad coach but coaches are like players and overtime they can improve their skills and understanding of how to coach.
bc potter the god coach taught them how to play well together and brought them all onto the same page so the players can understand how their fellow teammates play. They were also a very innovative team and they would try crazy things like 3 duelists and all this stuff until something finally clicked which was their pre round planning and they figured out how to effectively anti strat and the way they anti strated through their combination plays and their util is amazing. They were always decent players individually but never world champion level good but the 10 man roster definitely helped.
tenz did play very well when he first joined sentinels and in Reykjavik but thats irrelevant as we are talking about fluke runs and not how good a player was in the fluke run.
yays team did not go 0-3 but instead went 1-1 against sen and after Reykjavik he went 2-0 against sen.
doesn't matter that 100t and c9 didnt qualify for the event as your said they didnt even come close when my point is that they had close games with sen and 100t would beat them regularly.

yep. At least they will be one of the first teams to have completed their roster so now lev has a ton of practice for next season. I don't think the communication issue will be that bad for lev but we will see.
