If XLG make finals or some shit toronto will dwarf the major, otherwise probably not (unless maybe we get SEN v FNC while austin is just mouz vitality again or sumn)

You dropped your igl and dgzin for lukxo (very nice) and Robbiebk(???)

What. They dropped vinny for lukxo and dgzin for virtyy. What are you even waffling 😭

Usually events are put into time slots that somewhat accomodate multiple regions time zones. This time was probably just put so EMEA viewers can also watch some of the games.

The tournaments in Asia were also usually done in a way that it was late enough for EMEA watchers to see at morning. So I presume they try to accommodate minimum 2 regions at a time, which can be a bit weird for the home region. Paris will probably be either early for EMEA to accommodate APAC watchers or very late for Americas.

Apex was in a weird middle ground where they didnt do enough crazy changes like FN that kept yoi coming back but also didn’t focus on perfecting the gameplay they already had. To me it just kinda lost its identity and just exists now idk

Properly done VTubers like the ones part of Hololive etc are actually a fairly interesting genre, playing a sort of fictional character using youtube as a medium. Its kind of ARG like and not that bad if you have an open mind to it.

posted 2 months ago

Dont forget the last time your team was succesful was due to an EMEA player that isnt even good enough to be on an EMEA team

posted 2 months ago

If SEN win, they needed EMEA to win, if G2 win, they needed SEA to win sadge

posted 2 months ago

that would make her the 2nd best player on team liquid realistically

I think fnc wouldve unironically been significantly worse. Not a shot at aspas, but I dont think fnatic needed a duelist like him. They want a system duelist, not a playmaker imo, and I think thats because Alfajer is already that kind of player

Problem with fnatic is that im really worried kaajak will underperform in his first international, hes not a bad player but so far whenever he does something for the first time he clearly struggles with nerves. Ascension finals, Kickoff etc. I think he will need to get used to the international stage and perform the second time around, but im worried about the first especially because he cant “warm up” in swiss stages

theyre gonna hate me for saying this but NA tier2 wishes it had the talent of EMEA t2

Him and recoil both look questionable, double duelist team with both duelists being the weak link is crazy

Mouz have played some somewhat close games with them too, I think the two teams are kind of interchangeable depending on the day.

Though I hope mouz end up being the one to defeat vit, because that’d actually be david vs goliath instead of goliath vs somewhat bigger goliath

posted 2 months ago

Yeah exactly. A lot of people going around saying “what if they just play bad”, completely ignoring that we know these offers have been made and someone very likely took the money. The clips aren’t the reason for his allegations, they’re just part of the evidence.

It is exceedingly unlikely that nobody’s folded and took the money, hell most of us probably would have if we’re honest with ourselves. Add to that that the fixer mentioned these teams were paid off and the vods showing a massive amount of uncharacteristic mistakes and the allegations are pretty strong imo.

no internet down there unlucky

posted 2 months ago

Yeah Im kinda glad its not like this in val, even as a fnc fan I think 2023 wouldve been boring if they won champs because these dominant runs take the excitement out of the game for me

posted 2 months ago

Started to watch cs esports again a few months ago and it feels like every big international has been the exact same so far the only difference being falcons and mouz swapping spots sometimes
