Asia won last 3/3 international event. Either GenG/PRX should swap with SEN for the 30%. Have SEN be the 20% if u want to compromise.

  • U seem to enjoy Blue Lock gave it 8/10, so... go watch season 2 + watch episode Nagi (Movie).
  • Don't understand why would you drop Parasyte: The Maxim, it's good you should watch it.
  • The King's Avatar, it's well made anime about e-sports, Season 1 -> special -> Season 2
  • Dark Gathering, good horror anime.
  • Zankyou no Terror, since you give many low scores, feel like you might enjoy this.
  • Made in Abyss, Good series.

Champs Istanbul 22 (group stage) has the best time.
See #14

posted 2 months ago

Champion Paris should start same time as Champs Istanbul 22 (Paris and Istanbul 1 hour time difference).
Champs Istanbul Time (Group Stage):

  • 7pm SEA -> 10pm (2nd game)
  • 8pm CN -> 11pm (2nd game)
  • 9pm JP/KR -> Midnight (2nd game)

Champs Istanbul Time (Playoff):

  • 9pm SEA -> Midnight (2nd Game)
  • 10pm CN -> 1am (2nd game)
  • 11pm JP/CN -> 2am (2nd game)

Istanbul group stage has the best time IMO.

11pm SEA
Midnight CN
1am JP/KR

Asia viewers will just go to sleep after match 1.
2nd game will get massive drop of viewership.

He's good. Promote a lot of asian valorant to the western audience. Video upload time is friendly for asian viewers to watch too.

funny cause nats (and redgar) unable to make Red Bull Home Ground #3 in 2022 (Manchester UK) cause visa issues.

EMEA & NA orgs would be fine with this 2 year thing, but for Asia/South America orgs it’s awful. RIOT would need 6 month to reselect another org screening and handling orgs overseas operation, making foreign bank account, overseas team house and majority of non 1st world passport holder players would need 3 to 6 months of visa application just to get into LA/Korea.

Foxy9 might have better form atm, but when it comes to internationals I feel like t3xture/Karon would perform better.

posted 2 months ago

so EDG will trial and error (give opportunity) every academy player till find the one that get result.

posted 2 months ago

IDK but 2026 will be the year the teams will be selected, cause I would assume it would take 6 months + for orgs to do their overseas operation (VISA/KR bank accounts/team house etc). If Jake sin not removed by end of 2025, he'll select the team in 2026 for the partnership 2.0 in 2027. You'd need someone to work in RIOT KR office for that.

posted 2 months ago

looks like Jake Sin will personally block AE from any chance of joining partnership 2.0

I like Kru vs Gambit 2021 Champs. Surprising because I still remember it to this day as one of the most memorable matches, its very good.

Pre Franchising:

  • APAC 2 international slot, 1 JP, 1 KR.
  • VS/DRX gatekeep korea only international slot apart from the rare Nuturn case
  • JP always makes internationals.

After Franchising:

  • JP doesn't make internationals
  • Only KR team + PRX always makes internationals (RRQ/TLN rare case)

T1 won Masters Bangkok, they should be fine on pts qualification.

posted 2 months ago

Riyadh same Timezone as Istanbul. Given the amount of games, my guess they would start a bit earlier.

posted 2 months ago

It’s gonna happen. Either PRX or TH choke in final.

posted 2 months ago

Last 3 finals always have an Asian team.
Either PRX vs FNC for mini storyline or classic GenG vs TH.

But T1 players & coaching staff now are full Korean, unlike 2023 & 24. Why would there be any foreign (NA) involvement in 2025?

Damn. Buzz/Stax/Meteor's T1 fell off that much? At least 5th.

Liquipedia listed EWC as S-Tier. (Box on right hand side below Start/End/Teams)
https://liquipedia.net/valorant/Esports_World_Cup/2025

  • S-Tier Tournaments offer an outstanding prize pool, are almost exclusively played offline, and feature the best teams from all over the world. They are commonly held by well-established organizers and are considered especially prestigious amongst the community.
  • A-Tier Tournaments feature a large prize pool and a good number of top-tier teams.
  • B-Tier Tournaments is a new tier featuring smaller LAN events and larger online events with top tier teams.
  • C-Tier Tournaments are the lowest ranked events, almost always played online with no top teams participating.

EWC is S tier, whether ppl like it or not. No Technicality BS excuses.
