Yeah, they got rid of this management quite early in the season, but is a reach to think that's the only reason players don't want to join.
KOI is huge as a brand but in Valorant means failure, and that is not so attractive as a prospect for your career, there might be players that see playing for KOI as a career ending move (which i don't think it is) but man, it's a rough backgroud the one they have.
He was in talks with KOI for quite a time, then M8 jumped in and literally a day after that he signed with M8.
KOI has an uphill battle when it comes to players, i think they have to aim for really young talent to nurture in their academy team so they can later move them to the main team.

Vitality was doomed from the start because Sayf was really looking IGL as just another chore, and it's really important; people shits on boaster for not shooting back most of the time but a huge part why Fnatic remains resilient through the years is what he brings to that team.
