Nobody has ever actually won a real Valorant tournament. They don't exist yet
They're playing aesthetically pleasing Valorant. That map was incredible.
c0m's sova on fracture specifically changed the meta. Obviously a good chunk of that goes to EG as a team, but it wouldn't have been completely crazy to ask if c0m was on leo's level after Tokyo.
Not international. It was one of the challengers 2022 splits iirc
Chronicle slander, unfortunately
They are self evidently great. The obvious, unquestionable pick for the best team in the world right now and barring them bombing out of champions they will be the best team of the year.
Nobody has ever said fnatic aren't great. That's self evident.
He's trying to catch them off guard. It is what it is.
Did you watch Americas? He's goated, just having a relatively down event.
The fact that there's a reasonable argument to put c0m at 5 (even though I disagree) speaks to just how well EG have been playing. Truly a run for the ages, even if they go 0-2 from here.
On bind it looked more like counterstratting than better midrounding to my eye. But I'm not an expert obviously
It's more than that. c0m went from a player people were relentlessly talking shit about to someone who's genuinely been an asset to his team.
Is clutch rate sustainable? Derrek was a clutch god at NA LCQ last year and look at him now. It feels volatile and not predictive of future results to me.
I mean they'd both at least make the EMEA playoff, they'd also make the Americas playoff.
Of the bad teams globally I think they're the best. Maybe they're not better than KOI right now, I think that would be close. They're definitely better than KC was early this season though.
LOUD didn't look amazing against EG or Kru either. If LOUD is going to drop a match it's probably gonna be here, maybe in playoffs against C9...
Karmine Corp are trolling. They have been trolling. They will be trolling until they get a better IGL.
Plausible, they managed to play M80 decently. But Oxy could just say no and choose to win the game. Tough to call, actually.
I like Boaster. He's very charismatic and he's generally a good player. I don't think he's a top 3 shot caller in the world, let alone number 1. Fnatic has 4 players who would be the best player on another team. That's unprecedented firepower.
Very good for an open qualifier team. Not very good for getting to ascension. Let alone winning it.
I thought it would be Puerto Rico. Guess it still could be
I think there's a reasonable case to swap LEV and NRG as well. The NRG/LOUD game was super close, could have gone either way. I'm super comfortable putting LOUD on top, I think they have a strong argument as the best team in the world.
They played really well. If it wasn't for that whiff on haven I honestly think they take this one down. qw1 will haunt my dreams.
I hope there's some bullshit like the end of xset vs fpx. I don't care who it favors, I just desire salt.
natural born haters. We're not so different.
Hero rifles have a significantly better win rate than a full eco. They're gonna play for jett knives in the following round, presumably.
This isn't NA #1. That's probably 100Thieves or Cloud9
I think in this case it's just specifically anti-FNS
I will admit to being a disbeliever in Xeppa. I now regret my words and my deeds
Banger game. Sad we didn't get split, happy we get more crowd energy for LOUD games.
Look at what Syyko said. https://twitter.com/SyykoNT/status/1569832468814905344. This doesn't read sarcastically at all
"FPX couldn't beat one dude" isn't the own you think it is.
That's a completely reasonable argument looking at this event
