That's a completely reasonable argument looking at this event

Throw in Cryocells honestly. He got underrated because of poor team performance at Copenhagen

Bad series happen. Stellar was +8 vs NRG, and the only player not to go negative when 100T were eliminated last stage by XSET.

100Thieves also threw an eco and lost both pistols. They're favorites against Faze, but it could very clearly go either way

What team is that?

Optic are the most accomplished roster in the game's history. Cry, seethe, mald

Unlucky is when you win 2 gun rounds in the first half.

They did that last time and lost 2-1

I added that exact caveat to my previous comment my dude.

Also TenZ still looks really good more often than not (especially on Jett), he had a middling to bad performance at champions but that's about it.

Yay isn't beyond compare. If you look at Masters 2 of last year; TenZ was on a level no one has been at since. Granted, the game was younger and the sample was small relative to other LANs, but the ceiling he showed is simply the best performance in Valorant history.

He did it on LAN though.

Who igls?

I mean he had to watch to trade in the retake. Gambit coordinated it perfectly.

Galactic fucking mind

"Yea, thats the last tournament NA won" Notably, also the last tournament

Except BBG, who were of course too good to be allowed onto lan by riot.

Why is this the narrative though? G2 lost 2-1 last time they played. I think the most reasonable explanation is 1) Sentinels aren't in peak form for sure and 2) G2 are fucking insane on icebox.

Tenz confirmed to be pretty alright at valorant

Split is by far F4Q's best map. They beat Vision Strikers on it if memory serves.

With that said, SEN don't look like they're in Iceland form. They've got a few matches to shape up though, and we've certainly seen flashes of the excellence we're used to (Haven defense vs G2).

Its anchoring bias from nuturn + VS hiding strats against prx

I don't know if I can see G2, Vivo Keyd and XSET above SMB.

I mean it's not like 100T was playing great in the first half of the match. I think both teams were playing well below their average in alternating halves. I think it would be another banger match.

Sen lost a map. It's over. SEN washed. Might as well dq from the tournament.

Delusional. Remember Sen losing 2-0 to BBG?
