Considering 100T was playing a flash initator/tejo almost once a game during kickoff and so was NRG, I would say there is quite a large precedent of why a team might run flash initiator.

Actually this kind of makes sense tbh, it would require vora to play more flash initiator though and then cryo would likely have to play more sova and astra but I think it would work since sova is cryo's second most played agent anyways.
