Depends on the team, but on XLG comm in English almost exclusively, on AG they comm in English at least for f4ngeer and might switch when he's dead. While not russian swerl and autumn(when he was on FPX) I'm pretty sure had similar circumstances, though I know the FPX comms were quite chaotic.

DRG is a bit of a weird team though because they comm in only mandarin and while vo0kashu has gotten better at mandarin, he's probably not at a level where he's contributing much to comms, though he probably understands at least a little of what's said.
