Except you see they said they would be picking up tenz if riot would resolve his sponsorship issues and since Sen is picking up jerrwin instead that means riot didn't resolve those issue likely leading to tenz deciding to not join, leaving Sen with only jerrwin. This isn't Sen rejecting tenz, its simply the alternative since tenz won't join unless he can have his sponsors, so its closer to tenz rejecting Sen rather than the other way around.
