I'll just say this as someone who watched almost every DRG game, the comms are weird. It seems like a mix of Chinese and English, with the team speaking full Chinese while vo0kashu is dead and then mixing in more English when he's alive. It seems like vo0kashu understands the Chinese but doesn't really speak that much of it. But that's kind of the extent I know since they don't really show the DRG comms that often.

Seems like a polling issue with you mouse. It might be because the sensor isn't close enough to your surface area/mouse pad or the sensor could be going out itself. Don't really know how to fix it though.
