GUILD Esports have found a new trio to begin the 2022 VCT season following the release of draken, Yacine and bonkar in late November.

https://twitter.com/guildesports/status/1479515442565857290

GUILD found some success in the 2021 VCT season placing top 4 at Masters 1 EU, Second at VCT Stage 2: Challengers 1 open and a 3rd place finish at VCT Stage 3: Challengers 1 but never qualified for a major lan event within the year. The hopes were not over though as they had enough points to allow them to compete in the EU LCQ where they made a lower bracket run after losing to Liquid in the Semifinals. They eventually went on to face Liquid again in the LCQ Grand finals where they ultimately lost 3-1. Shortly after the LCQ, draken, Yacine, and bonkar were allowed to seek new opportunities and were ultimately released.

GUILD look to find continued success this year and will open the 2022 season with their new roster:

  • Saif "Sayf" Jibraeel
  • Jose "koldamenta" Luis Aranguren
  • Nikita "trexx" Cherednichenko
  • Russel "Russ" Mendes
  • Leo "Leo" Jannesson
  • André "BARBARR" Möller (Coach)

immortal 1 to Radiant is the same "elo" just different cutoff points of Rating. SO technically it is the same elo.

His gf is high diamond/low immortal?? He doesn't need to smurf to play with her. He probably just uses an alt account which isnt smurfing because it's around his elo.

SoaR probably disbands as he is the only player and nobody they trial seems to fit. b0ssy is a T2 player, good Kay/O but he isnt as versatile and good as Cryo/Zander who deserved to be picked up by T1 orgs

thanks for the input boss! ill make sure to add it next time!

Kiles is a top-tier player no doubt. They should've lost to Gambit but that's another story. I feel like the G2 run at Berlin was like a honeymoon phase (evident at LCQ and Red Bull Home Ground) and it will be interesting to see how they perform in the upcoming season.

Cryo and zander may have not proven anything but they were also on a T2 team. (similar to MRS) Give them this year and they will be top players to talk about.

I’m not too sure on the contract overlap. I was just going based off the fact of him never being “released” but you could be 100% right on that part.

Thanks for the kind words!! :)

Thanks for the kind stuff, first time writing and doing smth i’m passionate about. I def will keep writing and growing!

That is my mistake. I meant koldamenta. I don’t really keep up w them as they kinda fly below the radar most times but i’m glad to know that something worked.

I agree with kiles being better. idk abt kold, but we will see how the season goes!

I mean before the roster swap. The team's core was ranked #25 in Europe. So if they dropped the players, maybe they picked up some better ones?

They also seem like the SoaR of EU, build talent and then they move on to better (BONECOLD KOLDAMENTA* and Kiles) like (Cryocells and Zander)

Movistar Riders have announced four new additions to their roster following the departure of their coach and players in December.

https://twitter.com/Movistar_Riders/status/1478750836238991363

After a rough beginning of the year bombing out of VCT challengers tournaments as early as the Round of 128 and a Forfeit loss to Swag Silicone in the Round of 256. It seemed dim for the team. As 2021 progressed, Movistar riders began to find some success in tournaments, making it to the Quarterfinals of the VERSUS LEGENDS II, Dreamhack beyond EU and the LVP Rising #3 as well as a Grand finals appearance in the LVP Rising - Finale where eventually they would lose to an ever so strong Acend.

Movistar look to find some success in the 2022 VCT season with the new roster.

Movistar Riders will now be:

  • René "Rias" Pitrun
  • Hristiyan "Extreme" Trifonov
  • Alejandro "RAYZZ" Montaner Roig
  • "mcnuggets"
  • "KPZET"
  • Lucas "LRojo" Rojo (Coach)

sacy, keznit.

Look outside of NA. Most of the top players, don't rely on jett to make them the best

posted about 2 years ago

??? That statement is just straight false.

nAts, Chronicle, zeek are just a couple examples of players that could be considered the "best" that dont play jett full time

posted about 2 years ago

I think BabyJ > Aproto tbh. I think hes underated and FaZe was just not the right place for him

posted about 2 years ago

your talking abt 5 jetts? 2/3 of the remaining 100T player can't play jett for shit. Jus saying it was a braindead thought

posted about 2 years ago

The roster should be

Hiko - Sova/Viper/Chamber
Asuna - Jett/Reyna/Raze
Ethan - Sage/Skye
IGL Ec1s - Astra/Viper -
BabyJ - Cypher/Killjoy/Chamber or ShoT_UP - Killjoy/Astra

C0M is actually a good player. His calling has been rlly good on AKREW. With 100T 2 igl's out of the picture, They could use C0M. The issue is Role overlap w C0M and Hiko aswell as possible Ec1s signing.

oderus is bad anyways so. Good that 100T didnt trial him

Let's forget about pros signed to NRG, Akrew and Renegades on that "pug" roster.

Plus its a for fun tournament so nobody really tries hard.

AND EG is basically a T2 team, they have been pre shit since the beginning.

The issue with the camera is the attackers can't see it until they are fully on-site and they can't break it from T side cave.

If riot was to penalize Vivo Keyd for the usage of the cam which they had "banned". They would forfeit the map to Acend meaning they swap spots in the bracket. (This was the case with Vodaphone Giants in a match earlier this year)

Therefore if the penalization goes through, Group A would be:

UPPER BRACKET: ACEND vs ENVY

Elimination 1: Vivo Keyd vs X10C

He is a content creator signed to NRG. Riot has rules where benched players and those who are signed to an org cannot play their respective org.

LMAO, maybe.

That match is literal copium that fnatic win. C9B prob wins. I just wanted 1 upset pick

LOLOLOL, I went straight from stream. Gotta farm impressions and upvotes from the late night stalkers and the early birds.

Also like genuine, I could see them doing a 100T and dropping a player when they see a “better option”.

posted about 2 years ago

I was watching s0m’s stream as a W fan would do and after a game against eeiu, I noticed that he no longer had NRG infront of his username.

Maybe a new 5th to NRG.

Maybe with all the rumoured Team Liquid CS:GO moves we could see Stewie2K, NAF or EliGe on NRG??

Thoughts???

Scrims mean nothing, actual matches do.

posted about 2 years ago

Thats why I said FURIA might prove me wrong, but as of this moment in time. It does not seem like Br deserves as many spots as NA or EU and more than JP/KR/No OCE.

posted about 2 years ago

How close was CR vs Gambit?? JP showed up at masters 2. They had a way better performance in berlin than iceland and I feel like other japan teams like NORTHEPTON could do alot better than CR and give a challange.
