Fix what? They're winning and the actual season hasn't even started yet lmao

posted about 2 years ago

Rn it's SEN fans, but last year NAVI fans were so much worse. It's basically just whichever team is more relevant lol.

Americas: SEN (Bruh)
Pacific: DRX (Bruh)
EMEA: FUT

On the real though, I just hope SEN is good and DRX or PRX can finally win.

If you need to make the game more interesting for you, you don't like the game enough, simple as that. There are already some good watch parties, and I find a lot of moments hype as it is.

I'm ngl nobody asked or cares

Daily reminder EMEA fans are worthless

Tbh, I think it's a lot closer than people think. Both are extremely good and are very valuable to their teams. That being said, I think zekken has a slight edge in the fact that he still performed really well despite being a team that was struggling and going through roster changes. I feel like Sayf has had a higher peak thus far, but zekken is just extremely reliable and IMO he has more potential than Sayf. It's really hard to pick between the two though, can't go wrong with either of them.

Yeah, I got the same thing a while ago and haven't been able to figure it out since. I just started logging in on Opera instead.

posted about 2 years ago

I think the Sentinels yt channel streamed the mxs game so maybe they'll stream the one vs g2

posted about 2 years ago

I beleaf in G2 now...I'll see myself out.

posted about 2 years ago

LMAO DRX, PRX, and EDG are all better than both of those teams at the moment, and T1 is looking good thus far. TL lowkey is probably the worst of the T1 teams in this event rn lol.

No, SEN have a really good roster and once they build chem with johnqt, they could be really dangerous.

posted about 2 years ago

Or what if SEN loses again...but ends up winning a masters and or champs? And these matches end up meaning nothing because they are...showmatches, with no ties to actual VCT games other than some VCT teams like G2.

posted about 2 years ago

Just play more actual matches the chem will come eventually

posted about 2 years ago

zekken is better than Cryo and TenZ is better than Asuna

posted about 2 years ago

1 and 2 aren't even excuses it's just fax

posted about 2 years ago

Yes, but even if it wasn't it has no impact on VCT and it's their first game with johnqt. Also, MxS has played a shit ton of off-season tourneys as lobster fishers, they have good chem as a team.

posted about 2 years ago

Damn someone on here has a brain...no way.

posted about 2 years ago

Bro SEN haters on here salivating like this predicts anything for the season. SEN fans have nothing to be worried about...yet.

posted about 2 years ago

It is...

posted about 2 years ago

Oh right, I forgot SEN haters don't think.

posted about 2 years ago

Nah, it's just fax, this game doesn't matter at all. People wanna pretend like this game means something but it's legit just for fun, it's called a showmatch for a reason.

posted about 2 years ago

Nah, it's just they got outplayed. People overreacting though, like it's not the first official match of any kind they've played with johnqt, and it's just a showmatch lol.

Never group Shahz and dephh again. Shahz is so much better than dephh it's crazy.

posted about 2 years ago

Imo it's not about roles but players, a lot of players can play more than one role well. I'd say find a coach who's willing to build the strats around the players, and then find 5 players who are both good and have good chem together. Good chem and teamwork will beat out most teams, even if they're more talented.

posted about 2 years ago

Rn I'd go with this assuming comfort roles are happening.
zekken
pancada
Sacy
TenZ
johnqt

But tbh the margin of difference between these players really isn't that big.

posted about 2 years ago

He said he's basically playing mostly flash initiators, he's probably not playing smokes.

posted about 2 years ago

leaf - Jett + Flex
Victor - Raze/Neon + Flex
Crashies - Initiator
Stellar - Sentinel/Igl
Marved - Smokes

Probably the best you're going to get at the moment.

posted about 2 years ago

I think they run skye instead of fade on Lotus, and Sacy and TenZ switch. Also, Omen for Astra since Sacy has already played Omen before.

Just something I came up with not sure if it's good but here it is:

Codename: Venus (like in Venus Flytrap) - Duelist

C Ability: Rapid Bite (x2) - Send out a mobile mini Venus flytrap that latches onto the nearest target and damages it slowly over time unless removed by holding the use object button (about the length of the deadlock's crouch thing) - Range idk tbh, probably 20m seems like a fair distance. It can also be shot down and it latches on in 1-1.5 sec(s). Damage ticks are something like the Gekko molly in the beginning. Deactivates automatically upon the death of Venus.

Q Ability: Slinghook (x2) - Fling a flytrap at a wall to latch on and propel you forward to take space. (Idk about the specifics of this one because a sling/grapple movement system in Val hasn't been done.)

E Ability: Lockjaw (x1) - Throw an area of effect flytrap that sprouts up from the ground capturing any enemy in that range. Enemies can't move but can shoot and use util. Deactivates automatically upon the death of Venus, but can also be shot and broken. The range is about the size of a molly, which shouldn't be too bad. Capturing in this case is like junkrats trap from OW for those who know that game.

X Ability/Ultimate: Deathtrap - Grow a Venus flytrap on your arm and throw it at enemies to grab them and kill them - Ult is very deadly so the initial ammo count is 1 but it recharges one back for each kill - Has to be a direct hit in order to get the enemy, otherwise it would be OP asf. Ult can be dodged but the window to dodge is small. (Again idk timings for this, but maybe somewhere between .75 - 1.25 secs)

Feel free to give some advice on how to improve this agent, also I kinda gave up on specifics towards the end. I might update this later with a more detailed idea when I have some time.

But the point is that Monyet is there to replace jinggg, and as hard as it is to replace him, Monyet is like arguably the best player they could have gotten to replace him. Also, with forsaken, d4v41, something, and mindfreak, you could put dephh or newzera on that team, and PRX would still be good.

posted about 2 years ago

PRX placed top 4 with a sub, imagine what they'll do with an insane player like Monyet.

How can a flair be mid? Like are we talking about the bleed logo? I think it's a fine logo.

posted about 2 years ago

Ok, the movement has begun, I am working to cleanse this site.

posted about 2 years ago

As per a wish by user Z1ratul, I will be attempting to quash the movement to get non-male pros T1 tryouts and opportunities. As fans of game changers please help support us as we work to keep them in their rightful place. I am 100% serious and definitely not mocking people at all.

posted about 2 years ago

DW I have control over all GC fans. I'll make sure we never get another GC thread advocating that they get tryouts. This site will be free of the horrible movement of trying to further the success of non-male Valorant pros.

posted about 2 years ago

As a fan of GC, you are right, this game completely alters my view from what it was before. How could I not see that this one game is what all of GC can do? Thank you Z1ratul for enlightening me!

posted about 2 years ago

No I meant they're better than 5th

posted about 2 years ago

Yeah but a new player has no idea what's happening, but a pro-team would absolutely be able to figure out what went wrong. Maybe it just boils down to something basic and obvious, but it's good to know where you stand against some of the better teams itw.

posted about 2 years ago

Sure, playing against t1 teams at this point is maybe going to be too difficult but at the same time, playing at that pace can drastically affect how you approach the game. Tbh, it's really less of a mechanical thing than it is a strategic thing.

posted about 2 years ago

There's always something to learn no matter how badly you win or lose, but especially when you lose and you played badly.

posted about 2 years ago

This is not even close to true, this is actually good for the scene. Obviously getting blown out is never good, but playing better competition is going to make you better.

posted about 2 years ago

misogynists salivating rn

posted about 2 years ago

SEN at 5 is crazy

posted about 2 years ago

Tbh, it's more than one thing, but the main one is, that not many GC teams play against t2/t1 teams regularly enough. Strategically they're just way far behind what most good teams are doing, Also, teams lack depth due to talent being spread out a lot. But what G2.G is doing is actually really good, even if they are just going to get destroyed every game. You can't be at the top level if you never play against the top level.

bro gotta be sexist for that

edit: y'all don't know what a joke is lol.
