Says that they will compete for 1 slot

posted about 3 years ago

Still have 2 extra slots to fill (you listed BR twice)

posted about 3 years ago

KR is already confirmed to have 1 slot

Nice. Whatever team he plays for, I will cheer for

Both teams have been on a hot streak in their respective scenes, this one's going to be a banger

Idk who's going to win, but hopefully we see a third map

posted about 3 years ago

He has a low HS% on Haven because he was awping for like 2/3 of the map

At least they are playing in these tournaments so they can now fix their mistakes. It's better to lose now than when it actually matters

Can't really say the same for TSM, Gen.G, or FaZe

LOUD are looking really strong, hopefully mibr can give them a bit more of a challenge

Thank you for the stream and good luck :)

Sacy imo

There’s old VODs on the FMWH YouTube channel. I also remember watching them live on Twitch and sometimes Douyu

Good luck man, you’ve got this :)

Cool team, hopefully they are on the opposite side of the bracket as LOUD

NRG
T1
BBG
Pioneers
SoaR
Ghost
DarkZero
The Guard

Surely with all those teams they stream at least one game, right?
Either way, I'm hyped to see the new T1

Also would be nice to see an Attack All Around flair (logo just looks really cool)

Teams That Need Flairs:
mibr, Los Grandes, LOUD, EDG, Leviatán, Kingsmen, NGX, ESC, Warriors, Jadeite, Reignite

Yeah, personally I would’ve put MaKo at least in BuZz’s spot because while BuZz is a pretty averagely good Jett, MaKo is def a top 3 smokes player in the world

Great list regardless though, keep up the good work

Chinese teams are the most aggressive teams in the world from what I’ve watched. They’re not very tactical but have some insane aimers, such as EDG Life.
In terms of the scene, I’m not sure if they are getting their own circuit this year or if they’ll just be shoved in last second for the LCQ. Any news @1ucid?

Keznit or MaKo?

Is the first Closed Qualifier today or tomorrow? The dates keep changing on VLR

DK copium

It rewards the previously successful teams by giving them an easier schedule.

I mean the format kind of setup the Open Qualifier to be barren, due to all the big teams already receiving invites

They’ve already got six big teams waiting in the Closed Qualifier and another six waiting in the Group Stage

True, he’s pretty inconsistent tbh. I just thought it was worth mentioning him because when he’s having a good game, his awp is definitely top tier

Honestly hope SA puts up a better fight than what I'm predicting, but I've now got low expectations after the GE vs Fallen5 match

I thought Oddik was supposed to sign this team

These teams play each other back to back today xD

DK and ESC can both pose decent threats to VS, especially now that VS don’t have k1ng

Add in the fact that Lakia and Seoldam could still join a team, such as the ex-TNL roster, and it’s becomes very clear that VS may have some competition this year

We've got a lot more than 4 teams, VLR just only chooses to display 4 for a multitude of reasons

-The ShotVal Pride Tournament had a bunch of F/A teams that VLR didn't track, as well as hundreds of teams in the Open Qualifier (which VLR chose not to display at all)
-Teams like ESC, Warriors, GoNGo Prince, Alpha Six, and Maru aren't displayed yet due to being new teams / not being active for a while
-Rosters like Ex-TNL (Talon?), F4Q, Spear, and Lunatic-Hai are all yet to be revealed as well, so they'll also be ranked on VLR once Stage 1 begins

TLDR: Wait until Stage 1 starts, we'll prolly have like 15-20 teams tracked by VLR

posted about 3 years ago

On paper they are a T2 roster, probably peaking at top 7-8 in KR. I’d put them as around the same level as Warriors, Maru, or Alpha Six

That Icebox was a bit worrying, but I've still got high hopes for LOUD. If anything, the takeaway from this match for me is that Aspas is an insane Jett player.

I guarantee you that the Rise roster getting picked up by SoaR is complete bait.
I'm guessing that they are going to sign stellar and fiziq for sure, as well as maybe Kehmicals.

Sacy should keep the "BALD" username, I like it more

They're on a 7 game losing streak now
