Could definitely be. Is there any chance SA pros have some kind of mental barrier due to ping, similar to the fans? If there is, it could be a similar situation to TSM, where the belief that ping matters a lot is actually worse than the effects of the bad ping itself (obviously on a greater scale though cause 80+ ping is rough no matter what)
Todak is definitely a T2 team. They’ve pretty much been on a downward spiral since First Strike and get stomped whenever they play a real T1 team (ie: BOOM, Paper Rex)
Respectfully, no, not really
EG and TE have been looking pretty good; however, SA has had a history of struggling with T2 SEA teams, let alone true T1 competition. Teams such as Secret, Paper Rex, Xerxia, and ONIC G will be the real competition and, personally, I don't see SA putting up much of a fight against them.
I'd genuinely like to see them take a slot, but tbh I'd give them less than a 5% chance of doing so
1) Jett
2) Astra
3) Sova
4) Viper
5) Chamber
6) Killjoy
7) Skye
8) KAY/O
9) Raze
10) Sage
11) Breach
12) Reyna
13) Cypher
14) Omen
15) Brimstone
16) Neon
17) Phoenix
18) Yoru
Yep, EDward Gaming, Tales of Eastern, and Totoro Gaming are the most notable, they practice but haven’t had much to play recently
What maps does he play it on while streaming?
I could definitely see Ethan on Sova and Hiko on Viper for maps like Icebox and Breeze
Bisons and Arctic don't even have a team and still got invited whilst Movistar, Queso, Rebels, and KOI all only have 1 active Spanish/Portuguese/Italian player
What a great league :/
Leviatan and 9z are LATAM's best shot at grabbing another slot
Group A >>> Group B
Team Secret might actually have to work for this one
Most underrated team of the tournament
They should just make an academy roster built around him instead
They don’t even have strats to be revealed
Half the rounds are just a 4 man push with either Subroza fighting on his own or Rossy on a counter-productive lurk
Their comps aren’t even good, especially on Icebox, so what’s the even point of hiding them?
When I die, I want TSM Valorant to lower me into my grave, so they can let me down one last time
TSM fcking lost 3 times in a double elimination bracket
TSM postplants are awful to watch
Having a full-time Jett like Cryo would've taken a lot off of Asuna's shoulders though
A duelist combo of Asuna and Cryo could've been insane
XSET Cryocells
V1 Zander
GRD Trent
These are the real pickups
Yeah, they're making bank. That's why so many KR players transfer over
JP has similar salaries to NA teams while top SEA teams get paid minimum wage
LoL, OW, Starcraft, Pubg PC
Literally dominate the largest Esport in the world
Is Megastitut's org revealed yet? Any news on it maybe being Karmine Corp?
We’ve got one of the most rigorous education systems in the world though :| (not saying I agree with the posts above, not even gonna read them tbh)
T1 and Gen.G should move back to KR tbh, especially with APAC North receiving a new slot
Just ran out of gas by the looks of it, they'll definitely go far next qualifier ^-^
The Guard win these
Wait, so the players would have been paid more money in the end, had they chosen to not sign with the org at all? That's messed up.
The Guard are going to beat TSM anyways :D
“I still believe in TSM, I believe that they can take it to overtime and lose” -Bren
LMAO
Mb ur right, didn’t realize they swapped roles on Icebox
They look tilted out of their minds, that 1v3 by steel was painful to watch and I’m not even a TSM fan
Stop trying to jinx it >:(
Seeing Zander and Cryo both qualify for Closed on separate teams really makes me wonder what would've happened if 100T had chosen to sign them. I mean they did need a star-Jett player and an IGL...
Can’t do anything against Cryo once he’s heated up. GGwp XSET, hopefully The Guard can at least win in the Lower Bracket
Getting eco'd, knife killed, and throwing a 1v1 postplant in the span of 2 rounds, can't even imagine what it feels like to be a TSM fan
Damn, The Guard are getting slaughtered on Split. I guess they've got a pretty limited map pool, prolly due to being such a new team
Even if TSM closes this one out, I think there is a high chance they will be burnt out by the T1 match
That's the issue. You're watching the top teams from 2021, not 2022. If you're looking for fundamentals, watch Version1, The Guard, XSET, and Rise, with T1, NRG, and Knights also being on point at times.
Watch The Guard if you want to see good fundamentals
FaZe out already, did not expect that
Nice :D
I'd like to see this game get streamed
