Holy shit you guys are obsessed with each other, EMEA and NA should just get married at this point
No offense but isn't the Brazilian audience in games like CS just as bad?
Team Secret ruined my pickem but it’s good to see that they’re back
I think EDG will get a win or two but I don’t see them beating DK/Nth with just aim alone
Indonesia and Singapore/Malaysia are still the best well rounded regions in APAC, Secret and XIA just happen to be much better than the rest of their region
Agreed, the top eight seem pretty clear cut
DRX, Zeta, PRX, Secret, XIA
Anyone disagree?
Why would you write DragonX instead of DRX, like I know that ‘DragonX’ is the full name but nobody uses it anymore
Just wait for CN, I’ve their seen players choose to buy the shorty over their abilities on gun rounds
TSM vs SEN - FaZe Clan Invitational Grand Finals
NU vs V1 - Stage 2 Reykjavik Upper Semifinals
DRX vs OpTic - Stage 1 Reykjavik Upper Semifinals
Infinity would be the other LATAM org
He's wrong, but George is even more wrong, so does that make him right?
Region seeds will probably be different, but I honestly hope they don’t even use the old format. As much as I like seeing the regional finals actually have value, a team should not make playoffs just purely off of online, domestic play
I’m going to take a guess and say that the teams will be: Liquid, G2, Fnatic, KCorp, KOI, FPX, Vitality, MAD, BBL, and Falcons
I’m going to come back to this and see how many I got right
It's honestly kind of sad, I remember when they were the best Brazilian team in 2020
Only way I see DK getting a map is if Ascent makes into the pool
DK has a horrible map pool against DRX
Guild would only beat KRU and maybe Zeta, depending upon whether or not they can replicate their performance from Reykjavik
Win or lose, you gotta give it to Wronski for giving us some of the funniest copypastas this stage
Also if NA is a ‘one team region’ (which is dumb to say imo) so is APAC. PRX have only lost one domestic match this year and that was when they were literally trolling
I agree, we don’t know how much these players add to the team behind the scene as well. Give them time, the teams still young and has a bright future ahead of them.
NRG has a high skill ceiling and some LAN veterans, I think they have potential to do well in Copenhagen if they fix their mistakes
Stellar is good, he just lost that one clutch. Learn from the past and don’t bench your IGL
'//, 2-0
Loud, DRX, Zeta, PRX, and XIA/ONIC are the top five
Maybe if Jamppi stops going for Flexinja clips
With all these EMEA vs NA threads, I can’t wait to watch PRX win Copenhagen
These edating couples are always weird as fuck. I mean I don’t expect kids who play Valorant for +12 hours a day to act normal, but Jesus. I swear the T2 Valorant seen produces the weirdest ass people.
If you want a healthy relationship, actually meet someone irl, don’t date someone over discord lmfao. Hopefully they both seek and receive the help that they definitely need
They probably originally scrimmed in APAC, learned how to deal with aim gods and aggressive teams domestically, and then moved over to KR/JP to both hide strats from the rest of APAC and learn how play against more methodical and strategy heavy teams. Pretty genius if you ask me
I wish DRX had kept that mental throughout the entire tournament :(
Agreed, I think that was also the difference between Zeta/DRX and G2.
Even though G2 looked structured against PRX on CT side of Split, they began to tilt like crazy on their T side and let the game slip out of their hands
Who are your top 5 smoke players in the world? I feel like controller players have gotten a lot better this stage
I feel like the chances are kind of low to be honest, especially with how stingy the orgs have been in the past. I would guess that both orgs have already submitted their applications, but I doubt that they’ll get accepted into the main league and will probably choose to not invest once they get declined
If Riot makes the league size larger, maybe, but if there are only 10-12 teams, I’d assume that DRX and DK are already pretty much locked in for the KR slots
I’d also rather see talent stay in KR but as long as the players are getting payed fair salaries, I’m happy
Sylvan deserves a T1 team
I think there is a decent chance that EG make it in over FaZe once they apply, given that the org is less scummy and is part of the LCS
