FS themselves had a good chunk of star players. Moreover, finals are bo3s because it is an undisputed fact that it brings out the best teams on average.

TBH finals matter more because bo3 and you are tested on a wider map pool. Plus stakes and nerves put a lot of pressure. The better team comes out in that situation.

Synergy is overhyped. GE and VLT have the same core roster for 2 years now and there is barely any improvement.

OG became a T1 SA team after only 2 months of grinding they basically just had to get 2 cracked players together. There is very little value of synergy in APAC. The formula for success is just stacking 5 cracked players and let them scrimm for 3 months and change rosters if someone is underperforming.

Your knife holder will just have to go to that general direction. Yes knifing is only possible if you hold exactly besides the ult but you can still kill the phoenix by just keeping your gun out.
