Korean orgs do not have to field korean rosters. I would not be surprised if at least one invests into japan or SEA. If Xerxia don't make franchising, that would be a super easy pickup for one of the korean orgs. I believe that the main reason for riot to choose these korean orgs over ones from Japan or SEA is financials and previous relationships.
He is a player from DRX Academy, so I highly doubt it.

Optic is the best valorant team of 2022, no matter what at this point. They have placed top 3 at 3 international events in a row, and won (at least) one of them.
