My brother, the sand art happened at 3pm ist, with the Nikhita concert around 4pm ist, from 4pm to 6:45pm the event had nothing to present (execpt the one hour photo op and calling the youth sports minister on stage [lol])

I'm at the event right now, and i can tell you there was no Raftaar concert (as of now), just random downtime and wasting over an hour calling every single acer office on stage for a photo op.
