Navi barely won EDG who placed 5th-6th, if they did win they would be in about same position.

LOUD, your 1st seed, got shit on. EG/NRG is all you have, maybe C9 too. None of them won.

LOUD, EG, NRG, C9, that's all. LOUD performed horribly at this event.

I might also say EMEA has 6 teams that can make a run - including Giants and Vitality.

posted 8 months ago

Liquid almost won NRG

LOUD is also your team, don't leave them out

posted 8 months ago

Liquid, Navi, FUT performed well. It's not like Americas has more than 4 good teams (those at Tokyo + Cloud9).

WIth enough time spent playing Valorant, inherently better positioning players will make a lot less mistakes than others. Usually these players were also great at CS before. It's about understanding where enemy goes and what he does, map layout is just a variable.

How the turntables

posted 8 months ago

No way, Giants and Vitality are better than 100T/SEN/whoever besides C9.

It's not our fault Vitality isn't participating, they were strong.

posted 8 months ago

But you think KC will make Champions 💀

posted 8 months ago

Navi and Giants

posted 8 months ago

It's not because of comments, he was just mid and old

posted 8 months ago

"Basic understanding of the game" is not something everyone has at equal level.

posted 8 months ago

EMEA countries have small populations, good mono-nationality squad is very hard to build, except just Russia maybe

posted 8 months ago

Trading, crosshair placement, power positions (positioning in general), map rotations. All these skills are transferred from CS, the worse you understand them, the more dumb mistakes you make.

posted 8 months ago

He's saying mistakes Valorant players make are much more stupid than mistakes of CS players

posted 8 months ago

Tier2 cs scene is very strong right now, stronger than ever

posted 8 months ago

Very few are paycheck stealers, overwhelming majority deserve to be there

posted 8 months ago

Because tier2 cs teams have smarter players than tier1 valorant teams

posted 8 months ago

Valorant entire tier1 scene is made of subpar CS players, they have worse fundamentals

posted 8 months ago

That means we get the slot and you don't, cry is free

posted 8 months ago

Fully russian, just born in Finland

posted 8 months ago

Then what's the point of winning upper bracket final, if it wouldn't matter anyway?

posted 8 months ago

Only winner gets extra LCQ slot for their region

posted 8 months ago

At least they qualified to Champions

posted 8 months ago

Judging by the match against PRX, everyone on EG besides Demon can't aim for shit

posted 8 months ago

yay is washed

posted 8 months ago

Yes, because Americas had only 3 slots. I agree you must've had 4, but not more than EMEA.

posted 9 months ago

You're saying as if FUT, Navi didn't struggle. Vitality and Giants are not easy opponents.

posted 9 months ago

Lock-In doesn't count, it was a fluke performance

posted 9 months ago

Secret boomers can't aim at all, yet placed 5th-6th in the league. Shows how bad everyone is.

posted 9 months ago

I did watch, they're that bad. Even T1 didn't really deserve Masters compared to Cloud9 or Vitality

posted 9 months ago

Navi is not guaranteed

posted 9 months ago

There's no proof of 5th Americas team being better than 5th EMEA team

posted 9 months ago

EMEA does deserve it. Our 5th team (Giants) is better than Pacific's 4th, at the very least.

posted 9 months ago

You're the one coping. It doesn't matter how deep NA is, only winner gets an LCQ slot for their region.

posted 9 months ago

Wdym quitting LCQ? There's always a chance, Giants aren't even much better than the rest of EMEA teams.

"4 of the bottom 7 teams in franchising" cope, BBL/KOI/Heretics are better than KRU, MIBR, Detonation, GE, RRQ, Talon, Secret and Gen.G.

posted 9 months ago

This is his first great team, besides Fnatic have mini

posted 9 months ago

There's nothing offensive about what he wrote, just noticed a mistake in the article. Why are you so butthurt?

posted 9 months ago

Talk about what? There were 7 teams in LCQ, now 6

posted 9 months ago

yay is not flexible and not that good on jett/chamber anymore. There's no reason for him to be on a Masters-level team, taking someone else's place.

posted 9 months ago

No, there aren't

posted 9 months ago

Navi did well, Giants/Vitality would do well too

posted 9 months ago

No Pacific team in LCQ is good, 1 slot is more than enough for them

posted 9 months ago

Me thinking current yay isn't good enough for Masters is the popular opinion. It's not like I'm minority here.

posted 9 months ago

A star is a duelist. Especially in tier2 Disguised. If duelist doesn't frag out, it's a bad team. Doesn't mean everybody else shouldn't frag out, they can too.

posted 9 months ago

It''s so simple to understand everything I said, if only you had basic logic skills.

There's no contradiction in my words, none at all. I hope I'm not talking to someone below 100 iq.

posted 9 months ago

Where's that counter example?
Leo isn't a duelist

posted 9 months ago

No, he couldn't, that's just cope

posted 9 months ago

Nats, Chronicle, Alfajer aren't stars. Derke and Sayf are.

Leo isn't a star either. It's great when he carries, but it's not his responsibility to carry, that's Derke's responsibility.

posted 9 months ago

Where's contradiction?

It's amazing if support carries. But even if he doesn't, it's no big deal. I never said support shouldn't carry, just that they're not obliged to.

posted 9 months ago

Yes, they are. But they manage to perform especially well on their roles, so you can say they're amazing supports.
