• After a round robin group stage, the best teams qualify to a best-of-3 double elimination bracket. Typically one match per week.

As a NA fan I can say that Shao clears all of our players without fail. This proves how much of a worse region NA is than MEMEA, their washed bot flex is still better than simp1 (I don’t condone his OF girlfriend) and c0m (I don’t condone his reliance on sova ultimates.)

The problem with LEV is that their player quality has never been there. They got top8 champs and top6 copenhagen with tacolilla adverso shyy and melser. You cannot tell me these 4 are world contenders, ESPECIALLY in 2023 (taco is worse than an immo3 player from LFG discord and adverso went to go drive trucks or smth)

+1 Champs is only overhyped because of its prestige. Slightly more competitive than masters because no team gets a groups bye at champs but overall the team that wins masters is in a MAXIMUM -5% skill than the winner of champs.

You do realise that LOUD being FNC’s kryptonite at champs isnt their fault, right? KOI were about to make champs off the back of always beating NAVI due to having the antistrat vs them down to a T. Same thing with LOUD and FNC. They beat literally any other team than LOUD at champs cause LOUD has it in for them.
if optic had to play fpx in reykjavik or champs they would lose and we both know that, that makes them the better team when talking about who of optic vs fpx is better.
If you train 2x a week you better be hitting Mike Mentzer levels of intensity and like 7 sets per muscle per workout my guy.
Train 3-5x a week (hit each muscle group with 3-5 sets per workout depending on how many workouts, 5 for 3 day split and 3 for 5 split.)
Hit a calorie deficit while still eating high protein (make absolutely sure u use a calorie tracking app like lifesum, I use it too sometimes.)
On your off-days, try fitting in swimming, walking, running or some form of “cardio”, even if its just pingpong or tennis (just go outside and dont sit on ur ass all day when u dont gym).

He has reportedly come out and said that if Bogdan "Father Sheydos" Naumov were to fight every single NA pro in VALORANT, that he would win with no issues.
