Hi guys, I’'m excited to work for Riot and the Valorant Champions Tour edition of year 2024 in Americas! Some of you may question my professionalism, however fear not, I have a great CV in the esports scene. I was honoured to be the first deaf audio engineer at PGL Major Stockholm 2021 in CS, however after Antwerp 2022 I left to improve my personal skill and become the manager of the entire production! talent pool is getting reset, I wouldn't say it's ''cooked'' (or so yet), rather it's reloading. CS had the same stint in 2020-2022. The only problem I see is that cs has an open circuit so it's easier for young talent to debut, meanwhile vct is closed.
EDIT: maybe another problem, but it's rather doommaxxing, I wouldn't consider it real. but I feel like most younger aspiring players want to become a pro not to win events but to be popular. and mentality is really important in sports. I personally feel like the reason eastern europe has so many individually strong players in CS and Dota is because players like s1mple or yatoro set the standard of ''grind the game, getter better, win.''
