Well they just signed one. But regardless there is a rule that makes every player who has played 2 splits in the league become regional. So technically insider Bisk and dimaxx/Kiles count as spanish. Also Bisk and Insider have been living in Spain for 2 years and they literally ascended KPI from Spanish tier 3 and played their way up
