Feels like he was a better Chamber than he is Jett, even tho he is a great Jett. Also I feel like just because he can flex they make him flex more than they should, he is not great on Kayo nor Sage imo, kinda mid actually. They should have him stick to Jett as much as possible imo

Vokashu/Monster both had tier 1 offers but couldn't take em due to their high buyouts

cender is cracked, gatsh is really good but I don't think he would fit. Tier 2 smokers I don't think anyone is better than baddyG.
Vokashu does actually have tier 1 level, he will get there at some point.
