So it's been awhile since I went to the gym and right off the bat last sunday, I lifted like 25 Ibs each arm and went for dumb bell presses for like 6 sets. Until now, my muscles especially my elbow like near the triceps hurts when I curl it or flex it, should I still go to the gym and do more db presses (cuz I wanna get my upper body bigger) or should I rest a bit until this subsides?
