The only mistake theyve made is picking up steel. Steel has to be by far one of the most disappointing IGL in all of NA Valorant. I feel like hes just a player that decided "hey i feel like igling" and thats the story of steel

I dont agree with your take on TSM and SEN. I feel like TSMs lack of reliance of fragging power and their focus on good gunplay and coordination is what will set them apart from the rest. I think 100T are similar and they have the same strengths especially with how sean handles the team but you already put them up higher soooo.
With Sen I feel like sure right now as we see them they might not reach very high up at all but just by looking at them you can see theyre trying out new things that they havent even perfected yet and set plays that arent even going according to plan yet theyre still able to wipe a team like Akrew on Akrews best map. Tenz has also been showing a lot more promise than even the match against V1 and that could potentially be the Tenz factor we saw in Iceland

in the earlier iterations it would not find success cause boastrer doesnt frag as mch as shahz and shahz also played jett on some maps. If we put him on the team rn it would definitely be a top 12 team alr. Shahz is doign a terrible job rn which is crazy to see specifically him do. Considering he was one of the best igls in NA for a long long time and even up to champs he was still rlly good, he played decently in stage 1 but it didnt look like they were really innovating at all and during their match against v1 elimination they looked a lot lot better. If they just stuck to that and kept grinding like they did in that one day of break after the TG match they would definitely be really good. They made a roster change at the worst time imo

Ive always said this, zombs is most definitely one of the best controllers in NA and one of the best in the world. The guy has such a grasp over their defense its honestly crazy. I never knew how to properly explain to people how the way he holds site and the anchoring he does stops the fast hits from happening for the rest of a game even possibly across maps cause it affects mental, he also has seriously insane util esp on astra so it allows him to have impact across the map which really helped sen feel like a more well rounded team. I think his removal was a terrible decision even if he lacked motivation cause the dude was the pillar to their defense which is ironic cause dapr is the sentinel player.
With Sick now on the smokes their defense is really lack luster cause of the aggression sick plays with. I dont want him to become the super passive anchor but i also think he should learn how to fill in the hole that was left by zombs. Kanpeki also needs to play more stopping power agents like he did sage on split but also really pivotal is KO on bind. Their current comp on bind isnt able to stop a rush at all cause they have 2 redundant agents in skye and sova, both info gatherers with no stopping power other than the dog but even that is rlly weak at stopping pushes. They need the knife to completely disable execs and they need the ult to slow down the entire round.
I also think if Sick is able to pick up the astra and partially play the way zombs did with impactful util across the map whenever hes far from the team would aid in strengthening their defense. It also lets Dapr breathe a little bit knowing that he isnt the last line of defense when a team hits his site or to think that theres no one hard anchoring the other site when dapr isnt there.

I think a lot of this is really obvious and someone like Shahz a person whos shown that he has good reads and a grasp over the game should understand. Lately however hes been looking like a really bad igl in terms of calling and in terms of strats it looks like theyre back to playing the original way they did back before astra was even released whcih just doesnt work anymore. Hes trying to practice the maps they used to be good on in hopes that it will have an effect on the teams performance instead of just playing to the players' strengths in terms of agent pools and comfortability.
I dont know what happened to shahz but if he wants to qual hes going to need a wake up call cause what hes doing right now is not gonna work

I think its just that Zombs was such an unstoppable force on defense. Ive said it for so long and no one seemed to see it but now that they lost him their defense is looking like it doesnt even exist. The entire team crumbled when they lost that pillar in zombs. I honestly believed he was one of the best controllers in the world and this just proves it. I would be all for a zombs return to the team with a reinvigorated appreciation for each others roles and with a new motivation. I think they'd easily get back to top 8

Not excusing sentinels here for their performance but it was such an unfortunate matchup for them to go against a team that had just played them the previous quals. They were able to play much better than before and were able to counterstrat sen. At the end of the day SEN lost and they havent improved much on Bind, but i do see the improvement in communication out of them this week and i just wanna see them get to groups cause thats where i feel theyll be able to improve the most due to the matches being week on week

youre not understanding the scale difference here. One were talking about professional sports where the viewership for any given sport is in the 100 millions and the other is talking about valorant, a game that has barely hit a peak of 1 million concurrent viewers. Ofc the actual amount of hate towards professional football players will far exceed the amount a professional valorant player gets but the scale is much different and the way they handle it is also different. Professional athletes have teams that deal with their social media so that theyre almost never actually the ones touching it. The comments are also highly monitored and censored and DMs are not able to be read if they are not passed through the team. Do you think any players at sentinels have that?
Its a completely different context that cannot be compared. With athletes its not any more justified than it is with valorant players but the valorant players actually see it on a day to day basis and are not nearly as large as athletes are in big name sports

Lowkey Sicks smokes are actually quite bad. He places his smokes so far out which caused the planter to get shot throguh the smoke cause he could walk past the box. It looks like he hasnt been fixing it in any subsequent rounds but instead theyre planting further away from the truck.
