Which is why I'm concerned about the current riot sanctioned academy teams, they are too result-centric. Normally an academy joins a tournament to measure how far the members have progressed, in other words for the long term. But the current environment forces AC teams to focus on short term, which isn't good for development.
(Just in case๐ ) my earlier 2nd point isn't trying to say that India have no talent , it does just like you said exists albeit at a slow pace, which is why I think the aim should be quality over quantity. Which means like you mentioned proper guidance so I agree๐
