as said before fragging igl heavily overrated. if you take 5 players without an igl they will perform like shit. also as others have said before they have to focus on a lot more. if your holding an angle with an op, would you be actively thinking about other players across the map and calling out to them. also most of your time is tooken up strat developing and vod reviewing vs dm and aim labs/kovaaks.
Igl and coach work together a lot. Also gambit strats where kind of crazy during their peak.
Could also be no good igl to work with / he wants to work with. Also he could have wanted a better team. Also language barrier
