50k a year, honestly I don't think that will be the deciding factor since acend players probably make that already and the stipends that riot gives will help with that, but I imagine Riot would rather have an org with facilities, ties in the scene, prestige, etc. than such a new org like acend that nobody knows what will happen with in 5 years
I honestly hate the concept of a "stats based" agent tier list. There's so many variables and things you may not consider in your process and could fuck up the whole thing. I'd much rather see a personal list from a knowledgeable person even if it may be a little opinionated. But then again, the stats one is going to almost always be opinionated as well depending on what factors you decide to consider
he's not even playing in vrl, he's currently playing in tier 3 valorant
A lot of the acs of the agents are based on 1 map with them, that's not a useful metric because the sample size is insanely small.
I don't know if the comparison with derke is serious or what, but the fact that he's playing against tier3 competition is a more than valid criticism.
There's a huge gap between the vrl and challengers, let's not even talk about the gap between the third divition and challengers

why doesn't forsaken play chamber like he already does in a lot of maps, I feel like neon is so good on fracture when paired with a kayo, but overall I don't see the need to bring 2 duelists to that map when a second initiator / sage / viper can offer a lot more

well I don't think vanity being part of the best team makes his opinion valid and wardell's not, after all, wardell was once part of the best team too. If the problem is that it was talking shit in private and behind people's back then that's fine, but I'm sure that if he had made those statements in stream and they weren't leaked then nobody would be losing their shit like they're doing now

You put the burden of proof on #24 to prove they aren't match fixing, which is not how the law in almost any country works, so yeah, you kinda did.
What these pros are doing is friendly betting, which I'm pretty sure is legal in most places in the US, and perfectly ok imo. If you want to talk about them being on twitch and streaming to kids, that's a point I will probably agree with, but not the one we're talking about currently

I don't know if they will take past achievements as much in consideration, of course, if for example xset wins out for the rest of the year with masters and champions wins I expect them to get in, but the plan for franchising is long term, so they will try to get the orgs with biggest fanbase and that have invested in riot/valorant for a while, because they know that sooner or later those orgs will end up with the better teams (even if they're shit right now like KC or KOI)

I don't think you understand what I said; I mean that there are many factors that could be (and almost certainly are) altering the result of this precise analysis, and so we can't really claim it as evidence of anything. Say, for example, this test was to be made at first strike NA where three out of the top 4 teams were 100T, SEN, and TSM, with notable streamers like Hiko, Wardell, Subroza, etc. Or maybe at the masters 3 qualifier.
I don't think you can really use this graph to prove much, the sample size seems very small and there are a lot of things that impact win rate that haven't been considered to make a full comparison. Would love to see a much larger test one day, to see if we can actually get to something
maybe, but cned, starxo, zeek, and maybe even monsteerr are for sure getting in, most people will forget about "acend" as a name quickly just like they don't really think about them now that much
I think 6 man rosters tend to not work because of personal reasons, often a player may feel left out and players may focus their game to secure their spot within the starting players and not for the benefit of the team. Of course, if the players were machines with no emotions it would 100% work out but there’s a human side to everything
If he’s planning on switching he better do it now because next year partnered teams will not want to take such a risk and I doubt he’d want to play in tier2

People in this site have a memory span of like 3 months, yay was a beast even with jett, and he can still play other agents if his team asks him to like he did on abx.Teams will adapt, and the game will always have a need for good operator players, it doesnt matter if its with chamber, jett, or other agents
