nah nah, we have a core community on Discord that votes, but most of them did come from VLR. VLR considers anything i do as Advertising, so i can't do it here, also the community elects a leader, who will be the Second-In-Charge after the CEO

been working on building rosters for this model for weeks, had some deals fall through but finally got an Invite team interested

not gonna lie, this past month has been brutal trying to put together a roster

spent weeks talking to one team, everything seemed perfect, contracts ready... then they decided they wanted to stay orgless. can't even be mad, I get it, but damn that hurt

then found another squad, insane talent, but their salary expectations were like 3x what we could afford. back to square one

honestly started questioning if this whole thing was even worth it. you spend weeks building relationships, getting hopes up, then it all falls through for reasons completely out of your control
but something kept me going. maybe it's just stubborn at this point lol

finally got something locked in with an Invite team. won't say much more (learned my lesson about oversharing here) but feels different this time. these guys actually want to build something together

to anyone else trying to build in this scene - it's rough out here. takes way more patience than you'd think. but when it clicks, it clicks

anyway, feeling hopeful for the first time in weeks. sometimes you just gotta trust the process even when it feels like everything's working against you

Ok so give me your weirdest and most absurd player swap, that wont violate any import rules, just 1 swap between 2 VCT teams, and we will see how they perform for an entire season (i am using a VCT Manager Game, and i have no connection, i just saw you guys doing alot of post on random transfers, so this would be interesting)

BO1 Unrated, basically pro teams scrim based on :- MR24, which means the game goes on for 24 rounds, and then they leave.

So basically this is like their first scrim on the new map, and GE probably wanted to stream it, and the agents were picket randomly by players(according to the GE voice comms video).

mumbai gonna fking tilt you, our reyna didn't clutch a 1v1 in the first round, and 3 of our players just full pushed mid with shorty every single round, and stayed there, no retaking site, no killing anyone, just holding mid with shotguns. yeah that shi fked me up
