lol alfa ain't seeing time on duelists this year
a 1week of prep sentinels? im surprised they beat tsm the first time
not really in terms of individuals fundamentals. im talking about team fundamentals, then yes. also the mentals need to be better, their igl needs to be better honestly. their igl needs to be able to calm his team down, prevents those overheat from heat, from rgl. with more time with bzka, these will improve i believe
they don't lack fundamentals i dont think. they lack discipline and teamwork, and strat depth. rgl's smoke timing was so bad, too many 1v1 fight with no util, throwing advantages away.
but like there must be layers into that strat, because in gun rounds, without like xeppaa's flash to set him up on an angle, he's gonna get picked off. phoenix is there to protect him from mid
still you still want something to set him up like xeppaa's flash. Cuz there's no reason they aren't playing 3 heaven
international he plays second entry duelist or chamber
forsaken needs to be like tenz and learn kayo, or he plays sage like yay and op that way
i dont like the idea of yay walling up to heaven on pearl without any supporting util
if they trash talked on the server then i dont have a problem with it. being a sore winner off scene, now i have a problem. ofc emotions were high, but that's just fucked up honestly
yea they trash talked back. if it was only on the server, then i wouldn't be typing anything. but don't go bts and talk. that's just fucked. the words that was said on the server should ALWAYS stay on the server. the bad mouth that was said during the game should ALWAYS stay there, in the game.
im fine with them trash talking in game, clowing on them behind the scene is fucked
its competition, what's wrong with a little trash talk on the server.
but that's the game though. you can trash talk in server and no one shouldn't give a shit about it, as long as you don't take it to heart and clown them after the game bts. i get the players was young and made mistake. hope they learned from it
second lan master berlin in 2021 was their first
honestly depends on the map pool. i think one map is pretty much guarantee is pearl since both chose that map as their map pick. i can see drx picking haven and avoid ascent after that loss vs bbl. and the third map is up in the air. i dont think its lotus, dont think its ascent since c9 banned it. so its split (a classic 3rd map) or icebox and if it goes to icebox, im favouring Drx only because i cant make a guess which comp c9 is playing
wow the dagger xeppaa gave was that deep eh? feels bad man. brother more copium won't ease the pain, it only makes it worse
its so hard to rank 1-3 between drx bbl nrg koi c9 prx 4th and 5th are giants dfm and kc fpx
1st drx bbl (BBL showed so much heart and pushed DRX to map 3)
2nd NRG Koi (insane comeback)
3rd c9 prx (probably the most chaotic and fun games to watch)
4th giants DFM (I enjoyed seeing cloud and nukkye on stage, xnfri showing up in some moments)
5th KC fpx (honestly felt like both had no clue what they are doing, even though it was 3 maps, the 3 maps was so hard to watch and enjoy since the amount of mistakes both teams made was absurd)
t1 facing sentinels/fnatic if they win lol. DRX have c9 next
how tf is that game the shortest game?
hey so far pearl looks fine. pearl looked a whole lot better honestly. a fitting end with classic jail valorant shorty kill
it is scrappy if every round looked like diamond ranked valorant when everyone is just brawling
i've seen better matches on Tarik's 10 mans than that shit. defense looked fine, breach pick would have been so much better instead of skye btw. both teams gave up A main too easily, the most important spot on the map. And when you see team sacrifice players to go to the other site, that tells you that they've ran out of ideas and reverted to doing the worst strats possible. also what's the point of omen's 1-way on A when a flash just going to clear you. and i know the map is new, that looked like jail valorant plus
this is not a good showing here for KC. a scrappy first map blowout, a scrappy loss on haven
cypher is better on split, even with old 1 trip chamber
brother that map was so scrappy, that score said it's clean win, that wasn't clean. that was such a bad map to watch for karmine corp, even though it was a blowout
that map was scrappy af. the score said that was clean, that was not clean whatsoever
they said max capacity, it's probably gonna be like 5k-7k. its brazilians fans though so maybe
1500 tickets for the first round, 3000 until the semi, max capacity for the top 4 (as reported) i dont know what's the max capacity is
question: who tf is playing? Zest or Foxy9?
i think it's just for you buddy tough luck
agreed but we know his best role is on that raze
yea there are secondary callers in every team. Victor/crashies for fns, sacy for saadhak back then, zest and stax sharing igl duties, dapr for Shaz, mitch for vanity back then, ayrin for dephh back on xset,... its not like the igl is the only person calling for the team
you are right with that point. I only said raze can be a capable duelist on haven, i do think jett is a better choice now with the chamber nerf and kj's pickrate. one thing that i think is underrated about raze is that she has the best retake util for a duelist, while losing op power sucks, having better retake util goes a long way. also you dont necessary need the raze/fade combo if ur controller is astra since astra's gravity well can act as the fade's seize in that fade/raze combo. you can have comp as raze sova breach astra kj, losing some offensive power without omen's flash, but having astra on defense
brother im not disrespecting saadhak igling whatsoever. I'm not acting that sacy was the secondary caller. that fact was known to everyone in the scene. calling where enemies could be, guiding teammates to position, isn't that secondary calling?
can't blame you. before the Boston major and the intel grand slam, NA CS wasn't great
you are right, im not saying jett is bad on those maps, im just saying teams can play raze on those maps and i dont think we would have a problem with it apart from not having an op agent. while playing jett on maps that raze is great on may cause some problems
he's still young, that's his first time on a big LAN. it's normal to get nervous. also this team just got together 1 month ago, genuinely felt like it's a role issue with this team. sheydos shouldn't be on kj
i dont think his calling is bad, it's just the igl burden was shared between him and sacy. let's see if he can igl at a world class level without his right-hand man
i think we forgot about the intel grand slam. fastest team ever to win the $1 mil prize. because all we can think about TL cs is coldzera's jumping awp
i don't think it's one sided to jett at all, since raze is still really strong, and with the current map pool, fracture, split are played with raze (or neon) primarily; with haven, icebox and pearl as very capable map for raze, also with lotus with a main control battle which requires lots of util.
let's see it today then. i'm not disagreeing with it just yet. im expecting a clean win 2-0 vs fpx and a good game vs LOUD/GENG from them
they need a clean win vs fpx and potentially beat LOUD/GENG to make me believe this take
skip it best match of round 1 by far
lol iron still talking???? want me to shut ur ass down more?? stay quiet kid
they did though
still i wouldn't pick a team that only had a month to make strats and scrims
