wasn't loud debut in 2022? unless ur talking team vikings, which it was only sacy and saadhak, which is not the same org?

posted about 3 years ago

has he actually played against LOUD? wasn't it just 1 time in Reykjavik?

posted about 3 years ago

im not hating on the rookies, they are great. look at that bracket, c9/drx waiting, have to beat a great-looking EG first.

posted about 3 years ago

4 lol stay mad. that's why i have a life

posted about 3 years ago

that sounds like a you problem my g. study harder

EG's setplay was insanely disgusting. those flash plays from ethan was ridiculous. they have great discipline as well for a new team, which i feel like talon won't feel as comfortable like they were vs MIBR

posted about 3 years ago

we'll see honestly. EG looked really good, C9 destroyed PRX and DRX is, well, DRX

posted about 3 years ago

yea talon ain't getting through that bracket with 2 rookies, still good team though

if you actually look at the entire season again, they were 0.02 seconds away from a spot in Reykjavík. lost to a, undeniably, on-fire Guild, and the best EMEA team FPX narrowly 2-1. And they were flawless until Scream and Jamppi became gods. since they didn't make a LAN, everyone forgot how close each time they were to qualify. Guild definitely had the better peak, but consistently, M3C had a better year, as apart from that copenhagen run, which i won't deny, stage 1 and LCQ were disappointments. im not denying that sayf is a great player. He is a great player, but putting him over the likes of chronicle is so wild to me. Honestly, sure you can make the argument that Guild had a better season because they made LAN, beat optic, got out of group, but i would argue Leo was their best player during that copenhagen run.

posted about 3 years ago

im just making an argument that BBL would convincingly beat Kcorp and the gap between Heretics and Kcorp are a lot closer than you might think. like i said, the bo3 kcorp vs fpx was probably the worst series to watch so far, as both teams looked super sloppy with questionable strats and comps. I'm just not allowing any BBL slander after that performance vs DRX that's all

posted about 3 years ago

do you know why fpx got haven. its because kcorp gifted them 4-5 rounds because of the 1 person A hold without contesting A lobby strat. Like what? we all know there's 3 ways to hold A, op a long, contesting a lobby through sewers, or retake. im not underrating them whatsoever, FPX played a good haven, but Kcorp was SO BAD on that map. dude and also DRX never beat LOUD on ascent because THEY NEVER ACTUALLY PLAYED LOUD ON ASCENT

posted about 3 years ago

dude they are a Rookie team on the international stage. im not underrating chinese scene. that was their first international lan, throwing in the format in there, and kcorp, with scream as the leader, with shin, xms and nivera, should have the clear LAN advantage. GenG was one round, one round from taking a map from LOUD, while putting up great looking attacking side on pearl. did you actually watch the match? at one moment, people actually thought they were in danger, it took saadhak's heroic round 22, cauanzin and tuyz's 2v5 clutch on round 18, which would have put geng up 10-8, instead of 10-9 down because they had to eco. i might be underrating FPX, but you are overrating the hell out of kcorp and underrating the hell out of BBL

posted about 3 years ago

sheydos is a beast, he's just on the wrong role.

posted about 3 years ago

they had 1 hot run and beat M3C, who was at the time going through changes with the roles, the messy russian stuff last year, to go to copenhagen. otherwise, if we looking the entire year as a picture, M3C still had a better year overall, they just got SUPER unlucky with their opponent

posted about 3 years ago

with Foxy9 in the lineup instead of zest? also didn't they run that exact comp last champions and beat FPX twice. sure its new meta, ascent meta is basically same shit. the second ascent team last year (LOUD was the best). and you saw with GenG, how good that team is, going toe-to-toe with one of the best team in the world. KCorp's game was SO SHAKY. I repeat, THEY WERE SUPER SHAKY vs a rookie fpx team. they were being underrated by Haters. No one underrates them whatsoever if they have a brain to think. 50/50 how? they should have swept fpx clean, instead what i saw, and what most pros saw, and what people with brain cells for valorant saw, was a messy match.

posted about 3 years ago

dude they got so unlucky with the emea bracket last year. who did they actually lost to? A close 23-21 overtime lost to Fnatic, lost to a, at the time, very hot g2, lost to a, at the time, very hot Guild, with a role swap btw, then narrowly lost 2-1 to the BEST EMEA team FPX in the lower bracket, then at lcq they went flawless, but met a god-like version of Scream and Jamppi at the grand finals

posted about 3 years ago

who actually seriously put kcorp as the underdog in that match without hating them? any person with logic put kcorp sweeping 2-0 vs fpx. and they showed that nonsense of a haven map. pearl was better but not convincing enough to put them over BBL. BBl took, lemme remind you, ASCENT, off of, lemme remind you again, DRX, one of the favourite to win.

posted about 3 years ago

who put sayf over chronicle? Yes sayf is a great player, but chronicle was M3C's best player, better than nats last year

posted about 3 years ago

bro kcorp did not look like a good team. they looked way worse than heretics, certainly not above BBL. BBL too low, that roster, with some more experience, is a dark horse for a LAN spot. KCorp is 9, maybe 10 depends on how FUT looks vs GE. EG is, i say, a dark horse in americas. Where the Americas top teams are, EG is just right below it. Top dogs in americas are the 4 NA teams, LOUD and Leviatan. EG right below them, as in they could upset them if they are hot, then KRU and furia that typical mid tier team, then MIBR at the bottom

a 1week of prep sentinels? im surprised they beat tsm the first time

posted about 3 years ago

not really in terms of individuals fundamentals. im talking about team fundamentals, then yes. also the mentals need to be better, their igl needs to be better honestly. their igl needs to be able to calm his team down, prevents those overheat from heat, from rgl. with more time with bzka, these will improve i believe

posted about 3 years ago

they don't lack fundamentals i dont think. they lack discipline and teamwork, and strat depth. rgl's smoke timing was so bad, too many 1v1 fight with no util, throwing advantages away.

posted about 3 years ago

but like there must be layers into that strat, because in gun rounds, without like xeppaa's flash to set him up on an angle, he's gonna get picked off. phoenix is there to protect him from mid

posted about 3 years ago

still you still want something to set him up like xeppaa's flash. Cuz there's no reason they aren't playing 3 heaven

posted about 3 years ago

international he plays second entry duelist or chamber

posted about 3 years ago

forsaken needs to be like tenz and learn kayo, or he plays sage like yay and op that way

posted about 3 years ago

i dont like the idea of yay walling up to heaven on pearl without any supporting util

posted about 3 years ago

if they trash talked on the server then i dont have a problem with it. being a sore winner off scene, now i have a problem. ofc emotions were high, but that's just fucked up honestly

posted about 3 years ago

yea they trash talked back. if it was only on the server, then i wouldn't be typing anything. but don't go bts and talk. that's just fucked. the words that was said on the server should ALWAYS stay on the server. the bad mouth that was said during the game should ALWAYS stay there, in the game.

posted about 3 years ago

im fine with them trash talking in game, clowing on them behind the scene is fucked

posted about 3 years ago

its competition, what's wrong with a little trash talk on the server.

posted about 3 years ago

but that's the game though. you can trash talk in server and no one shouldn't give a shit about it, as long as you don't take it to heart and clown them after the game bts. i get the players was young and made mistake. hope they learned from it

second lan master berlin in 2021 was their first

posted about 3 years ago

honestly depends on the map pool. i think one map is pretty much guarantee is pearl since both chose that map as their map pick. i can see drx picking haven and avoid ascent after that loss vs bbl. and the third map is up in the air. i dont think its lotus, dont think its ascent since c9 banned it. so its split (a classic 3rd map) or icebox and if it goes to icebox, im favouring Drx only because i cant make a guess which comp c9 is playing

posted about 3 years ago

wow the dagger xeppaa gave was that deep eh? feels bad man. brother more copium won't ease the pain, it only makes it worse

posted about 3 years ago

its so hard to rank 1-3 between drx bbl nrg koi c9 prx 4th and 5th are giants dfm and kc fpx
1st drx bbl (BBL showed so much heart and pushed DRX to map 3)
2nd NRG Koi (insane comeback)
3rd c9 prx (probably the most chaotic and fun games to watch)
4th giants DFM (I enjoyed seeing cloud and nukkye on stage, xnfri showing up in some moments)
5th KC fpx (honestly felt like both had no clue what they are doing, even though it was 3 maps, the 3 maps was so hard to watch and enjoy since the amount of mistakes both teams made was absurd)

posted about 3 years ago

t1 facing sentinels/fnatic if they win lol. DRX have c9 next

posted about 3 years ago

how tf is that game the shortest game?

posted about 3 years ago

hey so far pearl looks fine. pearl looked a whole lot better honestly. a fitting end with classic jail valorant shorty kill

posted about 3 years ago

it is scrappy if every round looked like diamond ranked valorant when everyone is just brawling

posted about 3 years ago

i've seen better matches on Tarik's 10 mans than that shit. defense looked fine, breach pick would have been so much better instead of skye btw. both teams gave up A main too easily, the most important spot on the map. And when you see team sacrifice players to go to the other site, that tells you that they've ran out of ideas and reverted to doing the worst strats possible. also what's the point of omen's 1-way on A when a flash just going to clear you. and i know the map is new, that looked like jail valorant plus

posted about 3 years ago

this is not a good showing here for KC. a scrappy first map blowout, a scrappy loss on haven

posted about 3 years ago

cypher is better on split, even with old 1 trip chamber

posted about 3 years ago

brother that map was so scrappy, that score said it's clean win, that wasn't clean. that was such a bad map to watch for karmine corp, even though it was a blowout
