I think we need to rework grossroot a lot and that the problem isnt that we lack of 3rd party T2, schedule are already full in T2, they are too many tier 2 that struggle, but we also need a fully amator tier 3.
For exemple, the fusion of the 6 SEA league into 1 big league was a good thing, we couldn't have that many pro team in SEA, but we should have kept the fully amator National league under the new T2 fused league (With almost no cash price, so this does cost almost nothing to Riot but still preserve the grassroot), if Finland does have their Tier 3 (It's more a T4 TBH), Indonesia should have their tier 3.

To me the ideal solution would be to have :

• Tier 1 that correspond to "continent", fully professionnal team
• Tier 2 that correspond to scrimmingpool (NA/LAN/LAS/BR in Am), mostly professional team, with top team having a shot to qual to international event (ideal is 4 T2 league per T1 for format issues), this kinda correspond to region in prefranchised era.
• Tier 3 that correspond to language (MY/VN/TH/PH in ASEAN, FR/ES/DE etc in Europe), it's fully amator, but it may be broadcasted (Can be optionnal in minor scrimpool like Oceania) and allow to qual to T2
• Tier 4 that are national league (Optionnal), no broadcast, no pro, based on the national league from north, it gives a qual to T3

Premier still exist and allow to qual to T2 (And maybe also to T3, but it's not an obligation)

• The 2 assention team should be in the same group to be sure the best ascention team is the team that will stay. G2 being relegated because being in the group of death will not happen, but if it would be a scandal
• Drawing based on group only is dumb as fuck, in APAC we where one series away to have the 3 team in Tornoto in the same group

This is normal, it's good for stability, I just think every SEA subregion should have one team that would be protected (So either 5 or 7 teams depending if you give 2 to MN/TW and MY/ID)

the problem here is how is the rulebook, Naos shouldn't have never been relegated, Z11 should be the relegated team because they didnt manage to qualify, (Or we could have only 3 relegated team, it wouldnt be shocking to do that)

M8 with Click out can be really strong, KC isnt bad, they are 2 round behind the top 4. Vita is awful they cant play in team and when they try they loose they individual power.

After see how the Split 2 group are made we can already guess some fact about the group in emea

• TH and BBL are in the same group, in the opposite group we will have TL and FNC
• NAVI and KC are in the same group, in the opposite group we will have FUT and VIT
• GX and M8 are in the same group, in the opposite group we will have KOI and APKS

So they are only 8 possibilities

In pickem you have 2 choice, pick your favorite team if you think that they are not favored to win (Delu), pick the team you dont like.
