Zekken and Jawgemo aren't similar. Zekken is consistently one of the best in the world while Jawgemo is consistently mediocre.

And considering SHITMEA is a mickey mouse region we have to convert nAts's rating into Americas which would mean that nAts's real rating is around 0.49. This means that Penny is more than twice as good as shAts is. You cannot debate this, stats don't lie.
