Look in to some coaching. If you can't afford it there are many streamers who do it for free (although there are some requirements, and you might have to wait a while)

look at Spain for example, you have: KOI, TH and GX
all of which brand themsevles as 'Spanish' but don't have any Spanish players (outside of F1tinho, who is now inactive)

FNC are a British org, yet I don't really care if they have British players or not, I still support them. (2025 is likely to be Boasters last year I've heard, so next year they should in theory have no British players).
