You're only guaranteed one year now and there's no point in taking that chance (even if you believe you're good enough to not get relegated) when you have an opportunity for a longer contract elsewhere

for Chamber he had a low floor and high ceiling, so pretty much anyone could play him but only a few could play him at the top level.

Overall I think Chamber was still more OP but if you're talking about the top players then I think yeah Neon is probably more OP

I haven't lived there but I visited for 2 weeks and stayed with family so I got a taste of the living experience

honestly it's really nice, idk how it is during winter but at least during summer the weather is perfect, it's super green and the scenery is beautiful. I could see my self becoming one of those 'daily hour walk before breakfast' type of people if I lived there.
