tbh I don't think this on it's own is something that could kill viewership

But what I think could threaten it is if there's too many agents and the game becomes too complex for the average casual player to understand. I think the only reason League got away with it is because they've had almost 15 years to build a loyal audience (Being one of the first major esports also really helped), and as a casual viewer it's a much easier game to watch if you don't know the champions imo (comparing it to the impact of agents)

I agree that the regions are more global and it defo does have the potential.
What league does so well is make storylines with its players, I think it would really help the Val scene if they focused a bit more on the players and less on the game I talked a bit more about it here

tbh I wouldn't count on it. What I've heard from people who play CS is that in general things are improving, there's way less cheaters in ranked and in general it seems like they're doing more updates. The gunplay is still inferior to CS:GO but if things continue on their current trends I can see them fixing that

Do more content/advertising with Chronicle, build your Valorant brand around him and keep him for as long as possible (KRIMZ is a good example).

He has the most trophies in the game. If the team has another good year and you win a title you're instantly putting him in contention for Valorant GOAT (he already is for me since I'm biased, but you have to prove it to an NA centric fanbase). I touched on it a bit more here

He won't get close to Faker (because no one will) but it's a step towards that direction. The debate for Val GOAT is still open and you have the perfect opportunity to seize it
