I use they if I remember, she otherwise. Hell sometimes I'll even use he (for any agent tbh, to me it's comparable to saying 'hey guys' which is technically gendered, but people understand it to be neutral with the context)

I think there's a certain extent to it. If someone doesn't use them I don't think it's worth it to try and correct them, imo it's not that deep, telling someone will result in (best case scenario) them remembering once or twice and just forgetting and going back to she. (This obviously is different for real people). Basically the people who do care will call them them and the people who don't won't.

I don't support it but I'm not necessarily against it either. I'd say I'm neutral.
edit to 3., what z12 said above actually caught my eye, I wanted to add: if it's overly sexualised then I'd say I'm definitely against it, otherwise my opinion is still the same.
