If you ever think logically , shooter will never get work visa in India. Only reason allowed for pakistani people in india is medical reason, family members in india during seperation .

It just takes a very long time along with a lengthy procedure due to "Security Concerns" from both sides plus shooter's mum is an Indian and he has been to India quite many times particularly Hyderabad.
