What would you change about neon to make her better?

make her ult have a headshot multiplier and give her 2 slides

I think she's already a pretty good agent, definitely has a lot of potential on Haven, Split, and Fracture
If you want to make her better tho, have her stuns say something like "stunned them" kind of like what Skye does so she can get more info before entrying

I think shes good enough, i think we just need to give the pro scene time to understand how to use her like how it took a few months for kayo to become meta

she's already good enough

neon ability is to disract the enemy, so u really don't expect her to be like second jett or raze

she has a lot of potential at fracture, haven, even bind

make her wall only on one side like pheonix/viper wall. as it is currently it's completely useless for taking space, since it blocks the user's LOS from both sides.
