there isn't any strict rule against this
while we encourage english usage, if the topic at hand is specific to a certain region (turkey, brazil, etc), we'll typically let the conversation continue in another language
When i want to talk to Brazilians i speak specifically in portuguese, when i want other regions to understand i speak in English.
unless u guys understand every language, this is a bad idea since they can type anything they want and get away with it. HLTV is English only due to this reason
