Salary caps are holding Chinese teams back from reaching their fullest potential. Riot should remove salary caps so Chinese teams can freely offer multi-million dollar contracts and steal the best players/coaches in the world. It is great that Chinese teams are importing highly promising budget talents like Swagzor, 77even and Splash, but China can be the best region in the world if they can offer millions of dollars to buy players like Aspas, Chronicle and Ethan.

But why in the world would they want to go to China, learn a whole new language and atmosphere, when they can just play for teams that are from their home. And if China has all the money, other regions should also have the same budget. Also can't forget about the import limit.
