Why can't they tho? Riot has killed multiple agents in past lol. But they will make significant changes to any agent only after champs now.

Makes sense. You shouldn't use logic with riot balancing. They generally make some stupid decisions and changes regarding balancing of the game. They will just normally kill an agent instead of properly balancing it or making other viable. So yeah it's very viable they will just completely kill yoru next year. Neon is for sure getting nerfed.
well yea am not denying that am just saying killing that agent isnt a good idea i mean forum is about suggestion/discussions not like anything here is ever getting taken in decision making
