Based on playerpool, yup. you've got the number but while the only team that should represent you make an inferiority complex and doesnt hire young indian to give them time to progress, the top of the region will never progress with that.
Fun fact :
- Americas : 29%
- Europe (No TR) : 25%
- "Asia" TR+MENA+SA+SEA : 24%
- "Pacific" KR+JP+OCE : 22%
Currently APAC is basically 39% of teams.
If we want to keep 8 partner per region like this :
AMER :
- 3 partner in NA
- 1 partner in LAN
- 2 partner in LAS
- 2 partner in BR
Europe :
- 8 partner in EU
Asia :
- 2 partner in TR
- 0-1 partner in MENA
- 2 partner in SA
- 3-4 partner in SEA
Pacific

Still a young region, I hope in the future things will be better in the future, especially sicne MENA become a region next year, while OCE and SA get Thanosed.
Also, Cape Town still dont have their premier and I have no idea why.
