I think they have a monopoly on the bookmaker market in vct and some countries because they aren't a traditional bookmaker, since they do not set the odds, users do. If riot weren't as strict on bookie odds you would see the same betboom/1xbet/1win/winline you see on cs twitter
they do, but not as much as in CS afaik. And they are just like one of the few orgs who were allowed an official partnership. in CS it's way more different, you have the polymarket guys AND on top of that you have bookie teams (pari, bb, magic) AND almost every community caster in the CIS bets on games
