i have a Pulsar Tenz, and apparently they have sensor issues. A couple of days ago, the sensor randomly became floaty, and now it randomly stops registering. Anyone have any fixes, or did i lose $120 for a faulty mouse

You might be able to RMA it or if there's a recall on it usually you can send it back to the company and they'll send you a new one

Pulsar mice have that issue.

I have 2 pulsar x2h mice. But they have good warranty so you can always get it serviced/ replaced.

Do the fixed mice or replacements not have the same issue, also do you know if me having dot skates on them voids the warranty

Nahh even they provide dot skates, idt there’s any problem with dot skates (tho I never use dots because I like larger skates for more control so no idea).

The replacement ones are good usually, they might think you had a faulty piece and give you a different one. Other versions of x2 has too many QC issues. They improved quality after version 3s and crash light series.

I’m guessing your pulsar TenZ mice has XS-1 sensor? I have OG x2h and latest x2h CL with XS-1 sensor and I never liked how XS-1 felt when I was playing, I liked the older one better.

Okay I’ll contact them, yeah mine does have the XS-1. Thanks for the help
